    Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de Blancs is Freixenet's creamiest style brut. It is considered an easy introduction to Cava for those who have little wine experience, yet is developed enough for the most sophisticated of palettes.

    Tasting Notes

The Blanc de Blancs carries a refreshing light and soft taste. The full baked apple and vanilla flavors create a velvety softness in the mouth.

    Winemaking

Blanc de Blancs is produced using the methode champenoise technique with the traditional Cava varietals: Macabeo (ma-ca-BAY-o), Xarel-o (sha-REL-o), and Parellada (pa-re-YAda). As a brut it has a residual sugar level of 0.07% and has been aged up to two years.
