Carneros Pinot Noir Rose

Tasting Notes
This is the third vintage of what has become our very popular Carneros Pinot Noir Rosé. This is a crisp, dry and refreshing wine characterized by brilliant pink hues and bursts of fresh red fruit aromas and flavors. Perfect as an aperitif, whether on a picnic or accompanying a sumptuous summer dinner, this dry rosé is a most versatile wine with a great affinity for a wide variety of cuisines.
Winemaking
• 100% estate grapes
• Grapes were hand-harvested
• Wine produced using the saignée method, allowing juice to remain in contact with the skins for a short (24 hours) period to develop the signature pink color, delicate aromatics and bright fruit flavors
• Cold fermented to dryness
