1 oz. cherry brandy
1/2 oz. triple sec
1 oz. fresh pineapple juice
4 oz Freixenete Cordon Negro Brut
Add cherry brandy, triple sec, and pineapple juice to shaker with a handful of ice, shake and strain into a chilled flute glass, then fill with cava. Garnish with fresh cherry if available.
5 shots (7.5 oz) of cherry brandy
1 shot (1.5 oz.) of triple sec
10 oz. pineapple juice
1 bottle Freixenet cordon Negro Brut
Into a small pitcher toss a handful of ice, then the juice, then the cherry brandy and triple sec. Stir and refrigerate. For serving, pour 3 0z of the mix into a chilled flute glass and then fill with chilled cava.
